| I gave it a go with my wimpy Harbor Freight slide hammer. Impact is a useful technique when the shock can be delivered to the joint, but any elasticity, i.e. the springy, thin bar stock, and relatively soft plastic, tends to defeat the effectiveness of impact. | |
